By using Bimbask Nexus you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The service
Bimbask Nexus is a voice and text personal assistant for Android and iOS, with desktop versions (Windows, macOS and Linux) on the way. It is in early access: features can change, and some may be unavailable or limited, especially on iOS, where the system lets Nexus open apps and prepare actions but not complete them for you.
Your permissions and confirmations
You decide what Nexus may do in each app. Before sending, calling, buying or deleting, Nexus asks you to confirm. An assistant can misunderstand a request, so please review what it shows before you confirm. You are responsible for the actions you confirm.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nexus to break the law, to harass or deceive others, to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with the app or other people's apps and services.
Third-party apps and services
Nexus works with apps and services made by others. We are not affiliated with them, their names belong to their owners, and their availability or behavior can change without notice. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Your data and backup
How your data is handled is described in the Privacy policy. If you use the optional backup, you are responsible for keeping your backup passphrase safe: we cannot recover it or your backup without it.
Brand and intellectual property
The name Bimbask Nexus, its logo and other brand assets, as well as the content of the app and of this website, are owned by Bimbask Inc. or its licensors and are reserved. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to Bimbask Nexus truthfully. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Early access
Early access is offered without any guarantee of availability, and we may change, pause or end it. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimbask Nexus is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bimbask will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Bimbask Nexus. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will tell you before it applies. You can stop using Nexus at any time, and we may suspend access if these terms are broken.
